The kitchen is the heart of the home, and this unique kitchen + dining combo definitely keeps this house alive. The designers made the most of the space they were given and created a multi-functional hub for cooking and eating all in one! Wall-to-wall counters on the right provide ample prep space, while floor-to-ceiling cabinetry on the left allows for pantry storage. The light sea-foam paint color perfectly compliments a blue-grey slate tile floor and natural wood dining table. Your eyes are also immediately drawn to the outdoors through a wide wood-framed, sliding glass door.

Moving into the living area, a muted color palette evokes a feeling of subtle sophistication. Clean lines, billowing white curtains, and minimal styling create the perfect place to relax or entertain. Here the designer took the opportunity to mix-and-match furniture pieces, adding a unique character to this living room. Black and white abstract prints line the walls creating rich texture and visual interest.

A single wooden board serves as a simple window ledge, which is also present in other parts of the home. Using subtle details throughout an entire project give everything a cohesive and finished look.

Functionality is at the forefront of this home’s style, so no space was wasted here. The attic makes for a cozy bedroom with plenty of natural sunlight and built-in storage. Hues of blue and white warm up this typically cold, forgotten part of the home. An oversized upholstered headboard grounds the bed and frames a simple wood nightstand, which is styled with a brass pot, white matte photo frame and sleek adjustable reading lamp.
