This year, design trends are primed to shift into pops of color, playful patterns, texture-rich materials along with a blend of handmade pieces and bespoke touches that lend warmth and character to a space.

1. It’s all about personalization.
Your house is more than a structure with four walls –– it’s a home. Your home, to be precise, so why not have fun with your design?

Rather than opting for neutral features, this year there will be a larger emphasis on personalization - characterized by small, unique touches like custom artwork and pops of color throughout.

Color is back with a vengeance. Following an era of neutral tone dominance, it's refreshing to see more bold and vibrant hues being incorporated into home designs.

This is especially true for 2023 kitchen design trends, homeowners are departing from the monochromatic white kitchen and are incorporating more colorful elements, experimenting with hues to create a visually striking space.
A great way to embrace color is to follow the 10-30-60 rule: 60% of the room should be one color, 30% should be a secondary color, and the remaining 10% should be a third color.
